Continuing my journey through the churches of Lynchburg, I had the privilege of visiting Love & Truth Community Church as my second stop. As the service progressed, a moment that touched my heart deeply was the altar call. An elderly woman, sensing my presence as a newcomer, took my hand and guided me to the front of the church. She prayed with me, offering words of encouragement and support. This act of kindness and connection demonstrated the genuine warmth and inclusivity that Love & Truth Community Church embodies.
